Welcome to GlowIt. By accessing or using our mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Use of Service

GlowIt is a platform that connects customers with beauty professionals and salons. By using our Service, you agree to:

• Not use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

3. Account Registration

4. Bookings and Payments

When you book a service through GlowIt:

• You enter into a direct agreement with the beauty professional or salon
• GlowIt facilitates the booking but is not a party to the service agreement
• Payment processing is handled securely through our third-party payment providers
• Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual beauty professionals
• You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account

5. User Content

You may post reviews, ratings, photos, and other content ("User Content") on our Service. By posting User Content, you grant GlowIt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

You agree that your User Content:

• Will not violate any law or infringe any rights of others
• Will not contain offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content
• Will be honest and based on your actual experience
• Will not contain spam or promotional content

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.

6. For Beauty Professionals

If you are a beauty professional or salon using GlowIt:

• You must provide accurate information about your services and availability
• You are responsible for honoring all bookings made through the platform
• You must comply with all applicable professional licenses and regulations
• You agree to our commission or subscription fees as outlined in our business agreement
• You are solely responsible for the quality of services provided to customers

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by GlowIt and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.

The GlowIt name, logo, and all related names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of GlowIt. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY BEAUTY PROFESSIONALS ON OUR PLATFORM. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOWIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlowIt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GlowIt operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
